Common Law Admission Test(CLAT)

Common Law Admission Test- The name Common Law Admission test or CLAT itself suggest that this exam is to get admission in government law colleges at UG or PG level. The exam is conducted every year to check the ability of student appear therein. The syllabus of CLAT at UG level are English, maths, GK, certain subjects of law such as constitution, torts, criminal, contract, logical reasoning, analytical reasoning and comprise of 150 -200 marks. The examination also includes negative marking and is a computer based exam. The exam tests the comprehensive knowledge regarding law of the candidate appeared therein to decide their interest level.  To pursue law or imagine it’s future as advocate/judge/legal officer or related fields, one can go with this option.  The exam can be given by any stream of student after its 12th class. The top government colleges of law are NALSAR, Hyderabad, NLU jodhpur, NLIU Bhopal, NLU Bangalore, GLC Mumbai.
